If you choose to use our forms to store your contact information it will be securely stored on the server of our website hosting provider. The information is only used for our marketing purposes such as to email you special offers, news articles or provide any information you have requested. KomboGrass does not use external marketing services and will never share or sell your personal details to other individuals or entities.
Our hosting providers are General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant. Full details are available on request.
For client access our sites all implement https protocols and Sender Policy Framework (SPF). Our service provider uses sophisticated IDS/IPS systems which block malicious bots and attackers (Intrusion detection/prevention systems). ModSecurity is installed on their shared servers and they implement updates to the security rules weekly, thus protecting customers from the most common attacks. For software managed by KomboGrass we operate Linux servers with server level firewalls, DNS bridges and ensure critical security patches are implemented as soon as they become available. Logs are recorded on all of our servers and full system backups completed on a daily basis to remotely located Samba servers.
KomboGrass work with several social media platforms including Google and Facebook. There may be others that we use ad hoc. We only deal with companies that are GDPR compliant.
